Description

I've add 5 sections to the PR template, let me know if we need more:

  • type of PR
  • description
  • notes to the reviewer
  • how to test
  • links to issues addressed

Let me know if there's other ideas or sections we should consider adding.

LGTM.

The only non-blocking suggestion would be to move the template to the .github/ directory in order to keep the root directory as clean as possible unifying all the GitHub related stuff in its own folder.

Good call. For some reason, I thought this had to be in the root dir, but I guess not: https://docs.github.com/en/communities/using-templates-to-encourage-useful-issues-and-pull-requests/creating-a-pull-request-template-for-your-repository
